About

I am a graduating PhD student at the Assistive Robotics and Manipulation Lab at Stanford, advised by Prof. Monroe Kennedy. I am interested in using robotic manipulation to improve human lives. My dissertation is focussed on making prosthetic and assistive robotic arms easier to operate.

I enjoy studying the mechanics, control and design of both robotic devices and human beings, and the interactions between them. I also enjoy chatting with people about their interests and ideas. I’m fortunate to have been a member of the second cohort of the Knight Hennessy Scholars and the inaugral cohort of the Wu Tsai Human Performance Alliance, and hope to continue building such interdisciplinary communities wherever I go next.
